..grrrrr -- i got it, but have been able to avoid flare ups for 2 or 3 years now--but it hit yesterday as i was covering the trike with a tarp--no heavy lifting, note!--and for 15 to 30 seconds (was hard to judge time at then) i thought i'd never be able to move again--but i did--straight to the ibuprofen--800mg and a half hour later i could move without wincing
if all goes as in the past, i have 2-3 more days of this shit
the universal cry goes up "why me?" -- then i think of the priestly tales and my thoughts go to the 'guy with no feet' -- heh, such is life, there's always worse -- but pain still sucks and sitting in one position for more than 10 mins or so is not recommended -- hence limited 'puter time
