Here raspberry and broccoli are also ripe, we're buying them in a local market on weekend.
I loved picking up raspberry and eat it at once when I was a kid. I still remember the taste of a wild raspberry.
Yes, fresh off the bush is the best. I remember wild blueberries and blackberries grew around where I lived as a kid.
I was thinking about picking more berries today (you have to keep up with them, they ripen so quickly once they start) but it looks like probably rain all day. Also I have a dental appointment in a couple of hours. *Sigh*
